What does the future hold for Freja?

22 year old Danish beauty Freja Beha Erichsen takes modelling to new heights, more specifically out of this world in this editorial spread. Vogue’s March 2010 issue was a portal into the future of fashion and a mirror of the creative distortions of the late Alexander McQueen. When you gaze at these images push confusion far from your mind and be open. Be open to the idea of a galaxy where powerful females reign free in the jungle of life. See the tribal patterns screaming, ‘I’m Here!’ and the sharp definitive lines exposing Erichsen’s subtle androgyny. Feel the burnt oranges, flame rouges, the maternal earthy tones contrasting together. Finally, notice the way each masculine design lines her body like a second skin, comfort no longer defining the fashion we crave, and be excited for the future of the fashion we love.
