Emmanuelle takes on Vogue France
Although in this last decade Vogue France has flourished under the control Carine Roitfield, the beginning of February will bear witness to a new reign over the magazine and maybe even a fresh new look. Emmanuelle Alt will step up to arguably one of the most controversial, riveting and mentally testing jobs known to the industry. Taking her casually chic style into deep consideration, I would say Vogue France’s ex-fashion director will make the Vogue family proud and do the honourable role of Editor-In-Cheif the justice it well deserves.
As 2011 begins, so does a new era for Vogue France, as does my interest in the magazine and its new Editor, I’m so intrigued to see what new inspiration Alt can bring to the industry and more importantly the magazine.
